Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original Odette box or mailer, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
